Carryout Precommissioning, Commissioning, and startup activities of partial Gasoil Operation (PGO), followed by performance test & Operation for SONKER Marine Terminal at Ein El Sokhna, Suez, Egypt

Scope:-

  • Provision of Skilled Manpower “Engineers, Supervisors, and technicians” and all required tools for the precommissioning, commissioning, and startup Works.
  • Review punch list items for all mechanical, instruments and electrical works for all plant facilities (PGO).
  • Management and supervision of First ship arrival and unloading activities.
  • Preserve Normal Operation conditions to achieve final performance acceptance criteria.
  • Management of Gas Oil Export to PPC Mostord.

EPROM efforts has been appreciated by all parties SONKER (owner), PETROJET (main contractor) and BILFINGER (PMC) for all project works that comply with international Codes and standards achieving all project targets Safety, Time, Cost, and scope.
