Supporting ASORC Project by Multidiscipline Experts during the EPC Phase.
Represent ASORC for all engineering issues and review processes.

PRE-FEED ACTIVITIES:

• Review project Basic engineering Design data (BEDD).
• Review overall plant configuration and (BFD)
• Develop Project Design criteria with TECHNIP.
• Participate in preparing project philosophies.
• Review all process and utility units Design Basis.
• Licensor Selection process.
• Participate and attending all licensor agreement meetings. Attending P&ID Review Meetings with licensor/general contractor inside & outside Egypt

FEED ACTIVITIES

• P & ID Review.
• Equipment and instrument datasheets Review.
• Safety review (HAZID, HAZOP and SIL….etc.).
• Flare system study.
• Procurement & Subcontracting Activities.
• Piping Design and material selection.
• Final Basic Design Package Review.
