The Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant will work in Oracle Technical Unit in the Integrated Systems department.
This Unit is responsible for the support, maintenance, and enhancement of the Oracle E-Business Suite Applications.

The Current Environment includes the following Oracle E-Business Suite Modules:

  • HRMS: Core HR, Payroll, Insurance, Medical, Taxes.
  • Financial: General Ledger, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and Cash Management.

  1. Responsible for working with business users to support Oracle HRMS. Perform system analysis, design, development, and testing as per requirements.
  2. Interact and communicate effectively with project team members to ensure the successful delivery of Oracle enhancements.
  3. Perform system design, coding and implement system changes, customizations and upgrades.
  4. Perform Oracle HRMS module setups, configurations and layout changes to reports and UI's as required.
  5. Create new system functional responsibilities, menus, request groups, request sets, value sets, concurrent programs, etc.
  6. Create and interpret functional and technical specifications as per user requirements.
  7. Basic experience in supporting the Oracle Finance technical is a plus.

  1. Minimum 2+ years of experience on Oracle R12 HRMS techno functional.
  2. 2 years experience with SQL, PL/SQL and Fast Formula.
  3. Strong knowledge of APIs, Interfaces, Oracle Forms and reports.
  4. Strong experience with XML Publisher.

Desired Skills:

  1. Demonstrates willingness and ability to learn and support other skills, systems, and technologies that may or may not interface with Oracle HRMS as per business needs.
  2. Experience writing detailed technical/Conversion Design/Technical Installation documentation.
  3. Experience working with oracle support to resolve oracle application bugs.
  4. Current knowledge of trends in IT and experience in the development of new technologies.
  5. Experience with change management Procedures.
  6. Experience with organizational data requirements and complex business rules, translating them into detailed program specifications.
  7. Experience with application systems development life cycle methodology.
  8. Experience providing assistance, advice, and guidance to project team members on relational database design concepts, application development, efficient production job design, testing concepts, and other specialties.
  9. Experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX) is a plus.
