An Oil Refinery Located in Mostorod Area, Cairo, EGYPT, with capacity 140,000 BPD, Operates different units as NHT, CCR, DHT, HCU, HPU, VDU, DCU, DEU, Sour Water Stripping Unit, Amine Treatment and Regeneration Unit, Utilities, Sulfur Recovery Unit, and TGU.
To provide first line of support to applications’ users, to own L1 management for any application issues / incidents, and act as the bridge between business units needs and product ownership and vendor.
Customer Relationship Management
Provide Support to users for all application queries
Act as level 1 point of contact and escalation for issues and incidents
Act as contact point between users and IT / Vendor for any changes and enhancements requests
Bachelor's degree in related field, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
3-5 years experience in IT first line support role, application support role, or the relevant equivalent
Good Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to diagnose root cause analysis of problems
