  1. Involve in developing the QHSE goals and targets in the organization’s strategic plan.
  2. Follow up the Integrity of the Corporate Management Systems
  3. Following that customer requirements and expectations have been accurately identified and that the organization is meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  4. Work with senior management to ensure organization's QHSE compliance
  5. Implement QHSE programs at a facility or multiple facilities
  6. Share in the site inspections and audits
  7. Interact with Senior Management as necessary; liaised with all other functional First Line management and supervision
  8. Follow up the creation of QHSE budget  objectives and activities
  9. Implement QHSE programs facilitated regulatory visits
  10. Implement and improve the corporate QHSE MS in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 5001, OHSAS 18001and the corporate QHSE Manuals.


  1. Follow up that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to Company, internal, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 5001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and regulatory/legal requirements.
  2. Report to Senior management on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement.
  3. Preparing and Sharing in the periodic management review meetings, Internal and External audits.
  4. Implement, and follow up QHSE MS “Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System" responsibilities, procedures, and guidelines.
  5. Maintain the QMS behaviour and culture within ERC with respect to its own guidelines, procedures, manuals, and standards.
  6. Maintain a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications
  7. Follow up the setting standards for quality as well as health and safety
  8. Sharing in all required integrated management systems’ Internal and Externak Audits
  9. Take place in all non-conformity’s investigations
  10. Maintaining controls and documentation procedures
  11. Follow up performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
  12. Making suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them
  13. Take place in Conducting Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement Training to Company staff
  14. Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback
  15. Oversee all development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
  16. Maintain accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
  17. Follow up with customers to assess whether their requirements are met
  18. Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
  19. Responsible for Maintaining all Certification in the Organization
  20. Sharing on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures


1.     Academic Qualifications:

  • BSc in an Engineering field from an accredited university.
  • Certified Quality Manager and Lean Six Sigma Training is an asset
  • Certified ISO 9001, 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 5001 and OHSAS 18001 Auditor in accordance with IRCA and IATCA specific requirements.

2. Years of Experience:

Minimum 10 to 15 years in the field of Oil and Gas / Quality Management.

 

3. Proficiency & Experience

  • Leading edge in QHSE Management System Excellent Experience in a medium size organization
  • Knowledge of HSSE procedures laws, regulations, standards.
  • Competent in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 5001and OHSAS 18001, Internal and External Audit techniques
  • Evidence of continued developed in fields of Environmental management.
  • Leading, managing, planning and supervising a team of subordinates.
  • Planning and implementing strategic improvements in QHSE culture and managements.
