EPROM has a technical service agreement signed with Assiut National Oil Processing Company “ANOPC” as a result of the high level of trust the EPROM enjoys within the EGPC sister companies and their affiliated projects. Based on this agreement, EPROM provides high level professional experts covering all necessary technical filed required by ANOPC to witness the implementation of their projects in addition, EPROM attends on behalf of ANOPC the activities related to HAZOP studies as well as all the reviews of the technical specifications and documents relate to the 3D implementation project. These activities cover process area and utilities for the new Assiut hydrocracking complex Project.
The scope of Technical Support Services for includes witness, review and attendance on behalf of ANOPC for the HAZOP study and 3D model review for the project. In addition, EPROM’s highly qualified experts covering maintenance & operations attended the 3D modeling reviewing for hydrocracker unit (HCKU) and delayed coker unit (DCU).
Assiut National Oil Processing Company (ANOPC) requested consultation for constructing its chemical laboratory that will perform all tests and analysis required for the plant during operation. This is to be performed according to the continuous service agreement between EPROM and ANOPC. EPROM provides its consultancy and experience for the refinery Laboratory including, laboratory building engineering consultation, equipment, furniture specifications and technical evaluation for different suppliers. This laboratory is designed for handling all the test work required for a modern refinery as such as Assiut Hydrocracking Complex (AHC Project). The AHC Project is considered one of the most important national projects.
